Gordon Johnson reports on the BSD (Bob Selman Designs) micro actuator and compares it with other actuators. Most importantly he provides a link to his earlier (2003) report on actuators which explores them in great detail; the articles amounting to a “bible” of magnetic actuator information which is a great reference source on the subject in general.
